Do you warranty your work?
Yep, everything we do has a minimum 1 year Warranty coverage. Many of our services have a Full 5 year Coverage warranty. Only exceptions generally that don’t have warranty coverage are drain clogs, customer supplied items, and temporary repairs made until replacement pipe can be installed.
What types of payments do you take?
Currently, we accept cash, check, all major credit cards, ACH bank payments, and we offer financing for any jobs over $500.
How does an appointment with your team work?
Our office staff will gather all information needed relating to the appointment and we’ll typically set a time window of arrival. You’ll get a text confirmation of your appointment. Our techs will either call or send an (on my way) text when headed your way.
What can I expect once a tech is onsite?
Once onsite our techs will respect your home and either put on shoe covers or remove their shoes. We want to protect and respect your home! We will listen to and ask questions regarding your plumbing need. Once we have gathered the information needed regarding your plumbing need may it be a drain clog, pipe repair, sewer camera inspection, water heater installs, whatever is needed, then we will provide when possible 2 or more options for you to choose from to resolve the issue. You will be provided with upfront pricing and know that price before work starts. For most jobs, when possible, we can fix the plumbing problem on the same visit.
Do you have insurance and licensing?
Yes! Anytime you have a service tech in your home you want to ensure the company is licensed and insured to protect you. You can request a copy of ours anytime for peace of mind. This is why a handman or friend of a friend being hired for plumbing repairs can be so dangerous. The handyman is likely much cheaper due to not having insurance or the proper amount of insurance. Also the company likely isn’t licensed with the state for plumbing repairs.
